Preparation & packaging
Finished garments are prepared carefully for transit before leaving the atelier. Pieces are folded by hand, wrapped in protective tissue, and placed in reinforced packaging intended for secure domestic and international delivery.

Timeline
All garments are produced through our made-to-measure process following confirmation of measurements, fabric selection, and design details. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and atelier schedule.
- Production: Approximately 4–6 weeks following confirmation
- Transit: Approximately 3–7 business days depending on destination
- Inquiry response: Usually within 2–4 business days
If a delivery date is important for travel or a particular occasion, clients are encouraged to mention it during consultation.
Tracking & communication
Shipping confirmation and tracking details are provided once dispatch has been completed.

Global delivery
Borrigni ships internationally where courier services are available. International deliveries include the required customs documentation for transit and import processing.

- Customs documentation prepared for international shipments
- Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery
Questions relating to customs or delivery can be directed to the atelier by email.
Adjustments & support
As garments are produced through a made-to-measure process, returns are generally not accepted. If adjustments are required after delivery, the atelier reviews requests individually.
- Clients are encouraged to make contact within 7 days of delivery
- Minor post-delivery adjustments may be accommodated following review
- If a manufacturing issue is identified, appropriate support will be arranged directly
