Timeline
All garments are made to measure following confirmation of fabric, measurements, and finishing details. Delivery timelines vary according to fabric availability, finishing requirements, and current atelier scheduling.
- Tailoring period: Approximately 4–6 weeks following confirmation
- Transit: Approximately 3–7 business days depending on destination
- General enquiries: Usually answered within 2–4 business days
If delivery is required for a particular date or occasion, clients are encouraged to mention it during consultation.
Tracking & communication
Tracking information is provided once dispatch has been completed.

Global delivery
Borrigni ships internationally where courier services are available. International deliveries include the necessary customs documentation required for import processing.

Adjustments & support
As garments are made to measure, returns are generally not accepted. Should adjustments be required following delivery, requests are reviewed individually by the atelier.

- Minor adjustments may be accommodated following review
- Should an issue relating to workmanship arise, appropriate support will be arranged directly
