The House
Borrigni is an atelier that responds to the patron. Every cut of cloth is a response to a specific commission — nothing is made without an individual's intent. The work resides in the space between the person and the artisan, a collaboration spoken through fabric.

The Pedigree
The personal commission
Before the arrival of ready-to-wear, the individual held the power. A silhouette was a collaboration between the person and the artisan — a response to chosen textiles and unhurried patience. Clothing served the individual, not the label.
The sovereign standard
Borrigni departs from the noise of modern industry. We have returned to the principle where a garment is not a product of a factory, but a byproduct of presence. In our Milanese atelier, we do not recognize inventory — we recognize only the commission.
The principles
Architectural intent
We respond to the patron. Every seam is engineered to hold posture, allowing fluid movement without losing structural integrity. Our designs serve as foundation; your specifications complete the architecture.
Zero inventory
We do not work by the clock, but by the integrity of the stitch. Each piece is crafted from scratch, for you alone. There is no stock — only the discipline of responding to what is commissioned.
Artisanal permanence
Our pieces are constructed to outlive the moment. They become part of a personal archive, not a seasonal wardrobe. This is the essence of Secunda Pellis: the garment as second skin, enduring.
Inquiry & conduct
Integrity requires focus. Producing garments for stock is a retail concept. We are an atelier. By creating only what is commissioned, we preserve the purity of the textile and the uniqueness of each acquisition.
A commission is an agreement of excellence. Our designs — Monolith and Fresco — serve as structural foundations. From there, your specific requirements, whether fit adjustments or design nuances, are integrated by our master artisans in Milan.
Excellence is not rushed. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for artisanal assembly and hand‑finishing. A deliberate pace for a deliberate result.
For those who understand that true presence is felt, not announced.
